THWS’s Pre-Paid Deductible Program protects homeowners from covered leaks, small or large repairs, and full replacement.

Pricing Details:

1% RCV (replacement cost value of home) + $1.00 as required
Example: $300,000 RCV = $3,000 + $1

Our add-on plans are accessory plans whose purpose is to cover a particular system or set of components that are not covered under our traditional home warranty plans. Currently, we only offer add-on warranty plans for pools. However, we will have more in the future! You can select these plans by themselves, as standalone plans above, or you can add them on while ordering a different plan.
